8-Day mountain bike tour in the Saghro Massif and the Dades Valley

The first day of your mountain bike adventure begins with a meeting at Marrakech airport. Where you will be welcomed by our team. We will then begin our journey towards Ouarzazate crossing the Tizi’nTichka pass. Located at an altitude of 2260 meters, offering breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains.

On your arrival in Ouarzazate, you will meet the mountain bike team. Who will accompany you throughout your journey. After a day full of discoveries, you will be welcomed into a local’s home for dinner and will spend the night in a warm and authentic setting. Ready to start your cycling adventure the next day.

Today you embark on an exciting day of mountain biking. Across a magnificent plateau offering breathtaking panoramas. You will have the opportunity to enjoy extraordinary views of the surrounding landscapes while walking the trails.

After exploring the plateau, you will begin an exciting descent into the Afourar valley. Where you will be amazed by the beauty of the gorges and rock formations that surround you.

At the end of the day, you will settle into a traditional kasbah for dinner and the night. Where you can relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere of this iconic place in Morocco.

Today, your mountain bike adventure will take you from Nkoub to the village of Tagdilt through the majestic Saghro massif. You will enjoy a thrilling descent through winding trails offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and wild landscapes of the massif.

When you arrive in Tagdilt, you will be warmly welcomed by the locals. Where you will have the opportunity to share a delicious traditional dinner and soak up Berber hospitality. You will spend the night in an authentic and peaceful setting. Offering total immersion in the local culture of southern Morocco.

Your mountain bike route will take you today to Boumalne Dades , where you will begin the ascent of the Dades valley. Crossing picturesque villages like Ait Youl. You will reach the impressive M’Goun gorges and the valley of roses, renowned for its vibrant floral crops.

On your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed at the locals’ home to share a delicious dinner prepared with local products. You will spend the night in a friendly and authentic atmosphere, allowing you to fully appreciate the tranquility and beauty of the valley.

The ascent of Tizi Talouit and the descent to the town of Kella m’gouna offer an unforgettable experience in the heart of the region’s fascinating landscapes. The climb to the summit of Tizi Talouit will reward you with breathtaking panoramas of the majestic surrounding mountains. Then, the descent towards the town of Kella’m Gouna will allow you to appreciate the diversity of the landscapes while letting you soak up the tranquility of nature.

Once in Kella’m Gouna, you will have the opportunity to explore the town and its surroundings, including its shops offering a variety of rose products, a renowned local specialty. You will be welcomed into a local’s home where you will enjoy a delicious, carefully prepared dinner, before spending a restful night in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a pleasant 18 km mountain bike ride to Fint Oasis, a picturesque oasis nestled in the heart of the desert. This bike ride will allow you to explore the varied landscapes of the region while soaking up the tranquility and natural beauty that characterize this secluded oasis. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to admire spectacular views and connect with the surrounding nature.

When you arrive at the Fint oasis, you will be welcomed into a homestay where you will spend the evening. You will have the opportunity to discover daily life in an oasis, as well as local traditions and customs. You will enjoy a delicious dinner prepared with fresh, local ingredients, then you will spend a peaceful night in this authentic and enchanting setting.

After this memorable experience at the Fint oasis, you will take the road towards Marrakech, crossing the spectacular High Atlas mountains. This journey will offer you breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, green valleys and desert landscapes.
